Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is top-notch! The rooms offer a fantastic view and are equipped with outdoor furniture, making them ideal for both wheelchair users and families. However, the dining area could use some improvement, but the service overall is excellent. The location is superb, right by the lake and town center, making everything easily accessible.
My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The location was amazing, right by the lake with easy access to everything around Tekapo town center. Although the room had a fantastic view, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, and there were some minor damages in the furniture. The service was pretty good, especially with accommodating our request for a late check-out and the restaurant manager’s attentiveness. However, the dining experience lacked options, and the hotel lacked some essential facilities.
The hotel offers a fantastic view of the lakes and is well located in Tekapo town center, providing a great experience overall. The rooms are comfortable with a stunning view, although they are a bit small. The service, especially the restaurant manager, goes above and beyond, making the stay memorable. The location is superb, right by the lake and close to town center attractions. The dining experience, which includes whole wheat bread rolls, is delightful. However, the price could be considered on the higher side.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Tekapo town center, offering easy access to all the attractions the beautiful Lake Tekapo has to offer. The rooms, though old-style, provide a better unobstructed view, making it a cozy spot with a table and easy chairs. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved. The service, especially from the restaurant manager, was exceptional, fulfilling our request for a late check-out. The location is top-notch, right on the lake side near the walkway to the historic church. For dining, the succulent steaks were a highlight, even though the view of building materials was a slight drawback. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting our basic needs during the stay.
The hotel is perfectly located by the lake, offering a wonderful view. The rooms are comfortable but could use some updates for better functionality. The service was remarkable, especially from the restaurant manager. However, the dining experience had its shortcomings. The location is superb, being close to everything in Tekapo town center.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and comfortable, the service was exceptional, and the location was superb. However, the dining options were somewhat limited. The facilities were top-notch, and the value for money was great.
